Fit & sizing

How do I find my size?

Our size chart (found on the product pages) is a general guideline for helping you find the right fit. Just compare your measurements to those on the chart to find your size. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed feel, or sizing down for a closer fit.

How do I find my measurements?

First, find a soft measuring tape. Use the tape to measure your bust and hips at their fullest points and your waist at its smallest. Keep the tape loose instead of pulling it tight for the best fit. My size isn’t listed. What do I do?

We believe that everyone deserves a good night’s sleep, so we’re working to expand our sizing and get everyone into bed with us. Send us a note with the size you usually wear at hello@aridblayne.com and we’ll do our best to include it as soon as we can.

Fabric & care

How does your cooling fabric work?

We use a fabric that’s engineered down to the last fiber and scientifically proven to help you stay cool and dry. Channels within the yarn actively pull sweat away from your skin, which speeds up evaporation and lowers the temperature of your skin. It also creates a lower-density yarn, for a lightweight fabric that feels soft and cozy.

How do I wash and care for my Arid Blayne pieces?

To keep your pieces looking and feeling like new, we recommend the following: Machine wash on cold with like color. Tumble dry low. Use only non-chlorine bleach, and only when needed. Do not use fabric softeners, dry clean your pieces, or iron them.

I got sent the wrong item. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Send us an email at hello@aridblayne.com with your name, order number, and a list of the items you received and we’ll get it sorted out.

Something in my order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! But don’t worry—we’ll help sort it out. Send us an email at hello@aridblayne.com with your name, order number, the damaged item(s) with tags attached, and photos of the damage. We’ll review everything and let you know what we can do to make it right.

Shipping & returns

What are your shipping and processing times?

For standard US orders, the processing time is up to 3 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 2pm PST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is in the mail, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details, including your tracking number.

Can I make changes to my order?

Because we try to get your order ready as quickly as possible, we aren’t able to make any changes once an order is placed, but our 30-day return policy makes it easy to get exactly what you want. If you have any questions about sizing, inventory, or styles, just shoot us an email at hello@aridblayne.com.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer 30-day returns, starting on the day you receive your order. Please note that we only offer returns on unworn items with the original tags still attached.
